Sci Comm Social (Glasgow)

Sci Comm Socials are relaxed events that take place around the country. They are opportunities to meet like minded people who are involved in Science Communication and Public Engagement.

Who goes?

A mix of people, everyone is welcome! Students, teachers, science centre staff, researchers, retired people - anyone with an interest in sharing science. Lots of folk come on their own, you'll find it a very welcoming environment.

What happens?

At each event one of the organisers will be there early and up "something sciencey" on the table so you know you have found the right place. Come over, say hi and the organiser will introduce you to the other people in the group. From time to time we will have puzzles, demos and activities to show you but these events are mainly about getting to know people.

Do I need to register?

These are drop in events so you don't need a ticket.
